Doorway Restoration for a Greek Revival Rowhouse in New York City

A Greek Revival-style rowhouse originally built in 1845 has been in a state of neglect for more than 20 years when the restoration work has begun on this New York City Landmark.

The rowhouse remained forlorn since the 1970s and required extensive restoration and renovation. Three-phase restoration included structural stabilization, exterior restoration of the front and rear of the building and gut rehabilitation of the interior.
